What We’ll Do

  • As you answer, I’ll listen and observe, identifying the kinds of things that may be harder to identify alone, and beginning to formulate next steps.

  • What is the change you want to make worth to you? How do you prioritize those changes for you and others? And why? We’ll make sure your values drive your results.

  • In the same conversation, we’ll outline action steps based on our shared reflection and ideas that you will commit to making progress on between our sessions.

  • Instead of evaluative and punitive accountability, I’ll apply the right kind of pressure that is rooted in understanding your wins and shortfalls, so we can create the best systems for you.
