About Me
As a leader ten years ago, I was experiencing what so many leaders go through; feeling stuck, unable to focus on the important because of the urgent, and needing someone to hold me accountable to moving forward. I was frustrated, exhausted and on the edge of burnout.
Then I hired a coach.
The almost immediate improvements in both my personal and professional life convinced me of the power of coaching to move others forward, too. Now, I am an International Coaching Federation certified coach. I’ve helped more than 100 clients in a variety of sectors. It’s a role that allows me to be on someone else’s team, empowering them to progress toward their most important goals. When my clients win, I win.
I’m based in Dublin, Ireland, with my wife and three kids. When I’m not coaching, you can find me outdoors in search of sun or in a coffee shop, looking for that perfect cup.
